Overview
This policy explains what Pandasy Portal collects, how it is used, and where it lives. The Portal is a private, invitation-only tool operated by Pandasy Digital Marketing for its team and clients.
What we collect
- Account information — your name, email, role, and any optional profile details you add (title, phone, timezone, bio, avatar).
- Content you add — tasks, notes, comments, reactions, and images you upload.
- Usage records — an activity log of key actions (who changed what) and your sign-in sessions.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the Portal: to sign you in, show your work, send the notifications you trigger (mentions, task assignments, and alerts), and maintain an audit trail for security. We do not use your data for advertising.
Where it’s stored
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure — a D1 database for records and R2 storage for uploaded images. Task and client records are also synced with Notion, which remains the system of record.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the Portal — Notion (task and client sync), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), and Resend (email delivery). Team members within your workspace can see shared tasks, comments, and activity.
Retention
The activity log is automatically pruned after 30 days. Account and content data persist until an administrator removes it or the account is disabled.
Your choices
You can review and edit your profile and avatar anytime in Settings. To update your role, disable your account, or remove your data, contact an administrator.
