1. Acceptance
By accessing Pandasy Portal (the “Portal”), operated by Pandasy Digital Marketing (“Pandasy,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
2. Who may use the Portal
The Portal is a private tool for Pandasy’s team and its invited clients. Access is by invitation only, granted through a one-time sign-in link sent to your email. You may not share your access, or use the Portal on behalf of anyone who has not been authorized.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email inbox secure, since sign-in links are delivered there. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Portal only for legitimate work with Pandasy. You agree not to:
- attempt to access clients, accounts, or data that are not yours;
- disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or
- copy, probe, or reverse-engineer the platform.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, comments, and images you add. You grant us the permission needed to store and process that content to operate the Portal. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
6. Third-party services
The Portal integrates with services that make it work, including Notion (the system of record for tasks and clients), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), and Resend (email delivery). Your use may also be subject to those providers’ terms.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Portal available and accurate, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Termination
We may suspend or revoke access at any time — for example, when a client engagement ends or in response to misuse of the Portal.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pandasy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Portal.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use of the Portal after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
